Pasta dough made with the addition of garlic and parsley is filled with a mixture of sharp and sweet tasting cheeses, Cajun style spices and green onions. Bursting with flavors this pasta goes very well with assertive flavored sauces such as our Putanesca or Roasted Pepper Pesto. Great served at room temperature with our Sun Dried Tomato or Basil Pesto.
