Durum wheat flour with rich tasting sweet potatoes and butter formed into tiny pillows. Serve them with a simple burnt butter and sage sauce or one of Alfredo Sauces. They are also very good when cooked and finished in the oven with Parmesan or Gruyere cheese as a pasta gratin.
