Why "Flat Bottom"? The answer is: these meatballs are so light and fluffy that the bottom gets flat when they are baked. They also have a wonderful balance of restrained roasted garlic flavor and assertive traditional ingredients such as fresh parsley and imported Pecorino Romano cheese. They are topped with our signature Plum Tomato and Basil sauce, they are ready to heat and serve.
