The King of Cheeses, Stilton is a blue-mould cheese with a rich and mellow flavor and a piquant, buttery taste. Stiltons are allowed to mature for 6 to 8 months, are milder than Roquefort or Gorgonzola, but very good for crumbling over salads or after dinner served with a Port Wine. 6-8 oz
