Sauce - Chicken Stock
*PERISHABLE* Simple, old fashioned broth made fresh chicken and vegetables, slowly simmered for more than five hours. The finished stock is allowed to cool and then most of the fat is removed. Results, a rich tasting, lower fat and lower salt broth that can be used in sauces, soups, stews, stir fry and many more. A good chicken broth is essential in every kitchen.
