Gluten-Free! Spaghetti Squash and Sauce

Our sauces go great with our specialty pasta, but they pair just as well with spaghetti squash for a gluten-free (and low-carb!) dinner. Get creative with our suggest add-ins below or mix and match to make your own sauce. (We recommend half Alfredo Sauce and half Tomato & Sausage.) Luckily, we have enough sauces for every day of the week. Consider dinner done.

Spaghetti Squash with Capone Foods Sauce

1 spaghetti squash

1 container Capone Foods sauce

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Halve spaghetti squash lengthwise. Scoop out and discard the seeds.

Rub the inside of the squash with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake in a baking dish 30-40 minutes, cut side facing down, until slightly soft.

In a stovetop pan or microwave, heat sauce from frozen.

Remove squash from the oven and use a fork to scrape out the inside, making “spaghetti.”

Top the “spaghetti” with your Capone Foods sauce. Enjoy!
